The Church of the Moon is a pacifistic theocracy that reveres magic and history, led by a religious triumvirate. Almost all Church territory is very high in the atmosphere, either on small islands or the High Sea encircling the planet.
Sky and Sea
Choose either Aquatic or Climber.
Aquatic
You gain a swim speed of 30 feet and the ability to hold your breath for 10 times longer than normal. This swim speed gives you a +8 origin bonus on Swim checks. If you take this talent a second time, you gain the aquatic subtype (and amphibious special quality) and can breathe underwater.
Climber
You gain a climb speed of 20 feet. If you do not possess a land speed, you may use half your climb speed as a land speed.
History of Magic
Choose either Iconoclast or Disciplined Magic.
Iconoclast
You gain a +2 origin bonus to saving throws against effects created by items (including alchemical items, magic items, etc.).
Disciplined Magic
You gain a +2 origin bonus to concentration checks.
Monastic Education
Choose either Clerical Knowledge or Historical Knowledge.
These options grant class skills. If your choice gives you a class skill you also gain from a class, you instead gain a +1 untyped bonus to rolls with that skill.
Clerical Knowledge
You gain Knowledge (Planes), Knowledge (Religion), Sense Motive, and Spellcraft as class skills.
You gain a +2 insight bonus on all skill checks about Church of the Moon religion, and on checks made to interact with adherents.
Historical Knowledge
You gain Knowledge (Arcana), Knowledge (History), Knowledge (Religion), and Linguistics as class skills.
Once per day, you may make a Knowledge (History) check in place of any other Knowledge check, with a -5 penalty to the roll.
Altitude Acclimation
You are immune to altitude sickness and the effects of water pressure from being deep underwater.
