If you haven't already, choose your ability scores. Choose any one ability score to gain a +2 bonus in. You may optionally gain another +2 bonus in a different ability score, at the cost of taking a -2 penalty to a third ability score.
You speak any two languages by default (likely Common and one local to your region- info on languages coming soon) and know additional languages equal to your intelligence modifier.
After species and background, you may choose one other benefit, unique to your character. There are many options among the Origin Talents, but for those who don't want to go digging through a whole new system and vast swathe of options, the simplest and most powerful are listed here for ease of use. All these choices are built with the Origins system, though, so you aren't missing out on anything regardless.
Specialized Training
You gain a single feat of your choice as a bonus feat. You must meet the prerequisites for that feat.
Expansive Training
Choose a single skill. You gain ranks in that skill equal to your character level. You gain additional rank in this skill every time you gain a character level. This talent may be selected multiple times, each time selecting a different skill.
Extreme Specialization
You may gain a +2 bonus to an ability score of your choice. If you do, you take a -2 penalty to 2 other ability scores of your choice.
Unlike the default ability score bonuses, this can stack with a score you already have a bonus to- in which case, you'll have a +4 and +2, along with a -4 and -2 or three -2s.
Breadth of Skill
You gain a +2 origin bonus to any eight skills of your choice (individual craft and profession skills count as a choice, not craft and profession as a whole). These bonuses stack, but at most, you can give two skills a +8; no single skill can have a higher bonus from this option.
(This is just the Skill Familiarity talent taken eight times.)
Potent Origin Talent
You gain any one Potent Talent from Spheres Origins. Most talents cannot be taken multiple times, and you already have at least one potent talent from your species.
Auxiliary and Utility Origin Talents
You gain three Auxiliary Talents and one Utility Talent from Spheres Origins. Most talents cannot be taken multiple times, and you already have several from your species and background. You may take Utility talents in place of Auxiliary talents.
If you want to gain more origin talents as you progress, you have the option to take the Extra Origin Talent feat. Each instance of this feat gives you an extra talent of any tier, Potent, Auxiliary, or Utility.
